Neural Art allowed simple sketches to be transformed to Images using a GAN, which are then transformed into a "painting" using a neural network.
Neural Art presented a browser-based application that transformed user sketches into drawings with a "pix2pix" GAN and subsequently used a style-transfer CNN to add an artistic style to the generated image.
